Rebranding an online motherhood

( OBJECTIVE )
Cafe Mom is an existing social media company that provides an online community for moms all over the world to connect for sharing concerns, pieces of advice, and emotions for support. This was a rebranding project to better convey their beautiful concept of “Creating online conversations for busy moms to emotionally be naked with #NoFilter in the community” by redesigning their logo together with a cohesive visual system around it.

( CONCEPT ) 
The goal for this rebranding project was to make their identity look more feminine, safe, and comfortable as the original version had a clinical impression and less personal. A circular form was chosen for logo identity to indicate inclusion and coffee cup mark from the idea of the cafe. Applied colors are inspired by mom’s bare skin colors and lips; I intended to showcase “honesty”, one of the uniqueness they have.
